- European Service: Items over 2kg in weight will incur extra delivery charges to European destinations and may incur customs fees.
- Delivery dates and times are approximate. We cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing.
- Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service. However, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.
- The Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24 services are uninsured. This means that claims cannot be made for lost goods, and you will be liable for any lost or undelivered orders.
