Returns & Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item, please send it to the following address within 14 days of receipt:

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for a different size or colour, provided the following conditions are met:

All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Labels and tags must still be attached, and the items must be unused.
For hygiene and security reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

All goods will be inspected upon return. Items deemed used or worn will be ineligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the delivery address via Royal Mail second class postage.
